On behalf of the CUNA Operations, Sales & Service Council, I would like to welcome you and thank you for your sponsorship at our upcoming conference, which is scheduled to take place September 24-27, 2006 at the Hyatt at Fisherman’s Wharf in San Francisco. We expect approximately 200 participants to attend the conference, representing credit unions throughout the country.

Display Tables and Exhibit Hours
Instead of an exhibit hall, we use the “ Welcome Center” concept that has worked well at other CUNA Council Conferences. Conference registration, refreshment breaks, breakfasts, and sponsor display tables will all be in one area. This will allow you to interact with the attendees during breaks and breakfasts and still attend all of the conference sessions and social events.
As a partner, you are invited to all meal functions, social events, and conference sessions. We encourage you to use this time to attend sessions and mingle with the credit union attendees to hear the questions being asked and the topics being discussed to evaluate services you can provide.
There won’t be formal exhibit hours. We suggest that you be at your display table during breakfasts, networking breaks, and any time sessions are not being held.
Setup and Dismantle
On Sunday, September 24th, the conference registration desk will open, beginning at 11:00 a.m. Please check in at the registration desk for your conference materials. You should plan on setting up your display table on Sunday between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. There will be an identification sign on your assigned table. The atmosphere in the Welcome Center is informal; there is no pipe and drape. If you wish to bring a tabletop or popup display, you may do so. If not, signs and literature are sufficient. Dismantle can take place on Wednesday when the conference ends at 11:30 a.m.
Electrical Power and/or Internet Access
If you need electrical or Internet service for your display table in the Welcome Center, you must make arrangements directly with the hotel. Click here for the order form for these services. There is an extra charge by the hotel for the services you use such as Internet access, electrical and phone service.
