The conference provided great opportunities to network with peers and share success stories and opportunities for growth.

The CUNA OpSS Council Conference is the fastest and easiest way to connect with top executives in the credit union movement. I learned more from sharing information with my colleagues in a few days than in months of reading business books or attending other seminars.

This was my first time attending and definately found it to be worthwhile. The information was relevent and the other attendees were very friendly. The opportunity to network with other individuals, in similar roles, was invaluable.

I was able to established a number of great networking contacts. I was really inspired by the sessions on Leadership, which motivated me to read more and provide more guidance and coaching to my direct reports as a result. I really appreciated how members of the CUNA Operations Sales and Service Council Executive Committee interacted with the attendees on a personal level. 2009 Conference was my first time attending. The networking that was available at the Conference was just as valuable as the topics and information provided during the sessions. I would definately recommend the 2010 Conference to my peers.

As a first time attendee, it was a great opportunity to network with operations professionals with a wide variety of background and perspectives. The topics reviewed were timely, concise and well-presented. The location was fantastic and the camaraderie among the attendees was indeed memorable.

I've worked in Credit Unions for over 20 years and out of all the conferences I have attended I find the CUNA Operations Sales and Service to be the best conference to attend. The networking opportunities coupled with the useful and timely information as well as the continued improvements to the conference are commendable and shouldn't be missed.

Attendance at the conference gives me a chance to concrete on the big picture of where I want my credit union to go. Without all phone calls, emails, and constant interruptions I can focus on my staff and what we can accomplish together as an organization. I love the fall because it is the perfect time to plan for the next year, I just get so pumped up and ready to go, go, go!!!

I love the synergy that is generated at the CUNA Opss Council! Each year, I look forward to meeting new professionals and seeing old friends. I know that I can set learning/networking objectives each year and accomplish them because we all have a vested interest in seeing each other succeed. This is the spirit of the credit union movement in action!
