Look no further. The CUNA Operations, Sales & Service Council has just the program. Our Partners program provides you with an opportunity to show your support while gaining a high-profile image with the country's premier credit union operations, sales & service professionals. Here's a chance to have the attention of more than 200 credit union executives all in one place.
Through the Partners program, you'll be able to sponsor popular social events and dynamic educational sessions that give the OpSS Council conference its unique feel and flavor. There's no need to staff an exhibit booth and hope that the right participants stop by. The Partners program allows you to mix and mingle with all participants while showing financial support in a public way. Your support will earn the respect of executives, and the thanks of the OpSS Council through signage, the program guide, and other public recognition. In addition, it will allow you the opportunity to discuss your services/products in detail to a captive audience.

How Does The Program Work?
We offer FOUR different levels of sponsorship opportunities:
PLATINUM | GOLD | SILVER | BRONZE
You can decide which sponsorship fits your needs and budget. Please see the descriptions below for specific details of each.
Included with every sponsorship is:

One complimentary conference registration if you sponsor at the Silver or Bronze Level; two complimentary conference registrations if you sponsors at the Gold or Platinum Level.

Additional registrations for your company may be purchased at the council member early bird rate of $799;

Attractive display signage posted at the sponsored event;

Inclusion of your company name, company description, contact information and website in the sponsorship listing of the conference handbook, used throughout the conference;

A link to your company's web site from the conference section of the OpSS Council web site at the conclusion of the conference;

Internet Café ($4,000; two opportunities)
For the convenience of our participants, an Internet Café will be available on-site during conference meeting hours to download information and access email messages. Two working stations will be available for the entire conference. Sponsor can put company screensaver on terminal, provide literature, hang posters and provide give-aways in Internet Café space. |
Breakfasts ($4,000; three opportunities)

Display Tables: After you sponsor an event, you may purchase a display for an additional $1000 to use for literature throughout the conference. Space is limited. This option is complimentary with all Platinum Sponsorships.
All sponsors receive one complimentary registration and the opportunity to purchase one more at the member price of $799
What Are The Deadlines?
The 2008 OpSS Conference is on September 17-20, 2008 in Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia. In order to get your name in the conference materials, sponsorship payment will have to be processed no later than July 31st, 2008. Sponsorship is always welcome, but agreements made after that date may not be mentioned in the Conference Program Guide. Payment must be made prior to sponsorships being accepted. We do not guarantee the availability of any opportunity until we receive written confirmation of intent and establish its availability. Payment must be made within 15 days of confirmation. It is best to commit and remit payment early.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will be issued until five weeks prior to the start of the conference. No refunds will be available after this date. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. For more information, call us at (800) 356-9655, ext. 4018.
