Regulation E Disclosure Exemption For Small Dollar AmountsThe Federal Reserve Board (Fed) issued a final rule amending Regulation E, which implements the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, to eliminate the requirement for providing terminal receipts for electronic fund transfers of $15 or less. The final rule will be effective 30 days from the date of publication in the Federal Register.
